Reinstate Labs was born out of a real experience. A few years ago, a client reached out in a panic — his Google Business Profile had been suspended. Our team jumped in immediately, reviewing every detail of the listing and working directly with Google support. After several weeks of troubleshooting, we successfully resolved the issue and reinstated the suspended profile.

At the time, I thought it was a one-time problem. But soon after, more and more business owners came to us with the same issue:
“Your Google Business Profile has been suspended.”

It was the same story every time. When a business owner’s Google Business Profile got suspended, Google support provided no clear details on why it happened, leaving them confused and unsure of how to fix the issue.

When they tried reaching out for help, they often received automated responses or heard nothing back at all.
